Mail Services, LLC is a service organization
providing a wide array of end-to-end solutions to organizations
dependent on the United States Postal Service for delivery
of statements, documents, reports, and other information to
customers, suppliers, shareholders, and others and to companies
desiring electronic document presentation services.
In 1987, Jim Knoblauch, an expert in quality
control and a veteran employee of the United States Postal
Service, recognized the opportunity for an organization that
provided reliable, high quality mail sorting services. The
idea was to serve business mailing customers and the USPS
by presorting mailings and to save companies money by taking
advantage of postal discounts that too often were being ignored.
The business concept was right on target. It was good timing
for the company and the increase in demand was met with faster
efficiencies, improved state-of-the-art
facilities and training designed for a growing employee
base.
In 1997, Bruce Baumgarn joined Mail Services,
L.C. as President and Chief Executive Officer. Bruce brought
years of experience from his expertise in the financial industry.
The company began to offer more comprehensive services to
an expanding customer base.
Today, Mail Services, LLC is part of a $900 billion
industry that employs 9 million people. Mail Services
takes pride in its long-standing reputation among its customers
for providing prompt, high quality, courteous service all
in compliance with USPS requirements.
