The operations of Mail Services,
LLC are housed in a five-year-old facility located in Urbandale,
a western suburb of Des Moines, Iowa. This facility is located
in an office, warehouse, and light industrial development
with convenient access to Interstate Highways 35, 80, and
235; the Des Moines Airport; and downtown Des Moines.
Mail Services, LLC's facility is monitored
by 24 internal video surveillance cameras and five external
video surveillance cameras with digital recording and report
capabilities for coverage 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All
perimeter doors and windows are equipped with an electronic
security system. The building is constructed from concrete
and steel and is equipped with a sprinkler system throughout.
Mail Services, LLC's building is a restricted-access
facility. All production employees are required to enter via
a separate entrance and use a key fob to gain access to the
facility. Vendors or customers making deliveries to the facility
enter a receiving room; however, are not able to gain access
to the print and production areas until an authorized employee
allows them entrance into the facility.
